Core: Pilates, Yoga & Massage Therapy is a tranquil and welcoming studio located in the heart of Dunbar, East Lothian. With a focus on holistic wellness, the studio offers a range of services including massage therapy, Pilates and yoga classes, and one-to-one tuition. The team at Core is dedicated to providing a unique combination of these therapies to cater to each individual's needs.

In addition to massage therapy, Pilates and yoga, Core also offers other healing modalities such as nutritional therapy, reflexology, Reiki, and Indian head massage. These additional therapies can further enhance your well-being and provide a holistic approach to your health.

For pricing, massage/reflexology/one-to-one Pilates and yoga appointments are priced at 55 for a one-hour session and 45 for a 45-minute session. We also offer special treatments like a one-hour hot stone massage or an hour-long signature massage with Neals Yard oil, such as the winter warmer massage, priced at 60.

If you're interested in attending classes at Core, we offer various options. Block bookings for the same class each week are priced at 8. 50 per class, with blocks roughly aligned with school terms. Alternatively, you can purchase a 6-class pass for 57, valid for one year, which allows you to book any available classes.

For those who prefer a more flexible schedule, individual class bookings are available for 10. 50 per class.

At Core, we believe in giving back to the community. We are proud to host a 'pay what you can' complementary therapy clinic for local parents/carers of children with additional support needs. This clinic takes place on two Sunday afternoons each month. Booking for this clinic can be done through the Dunbar ASN Community website.
