The Crecora Manister GAA Club is a vibrant and community-focused sports club located in the heart of Crecora, Limerick. The club prides itself on providing a fun and inclusive environment for players of all ages and abilities to enjoy Gaelic football, hurling, and camogie.
The club's committee meets monthly at the pitch's prefab, with the Club Secretary issuing invitations to Club Members and Coaches. Paid-up Club Members have the opportunity to put forward and vote on motions during these meetings. Additionally, the various Sub Committees hold their own meetings to discuss matters related to finance, social events, field maintenance, and more.
The club recently received sponsorship from the Limerick & District Credit Union, which has helped support ongoing development works at the GAA pitch. The club also hosted a Community Dinner Dance at the Woodlands House Hotel, where medals were awarded to the Junior C Hurling Champions and Senior B Camogie League Champions. Special recognition was also given to Cathal O'Neill for his successes with the Limerick Senior Hurlers.
As the year comes to a close, the club wishes all players, coaches, committee members, parents, supporters, and community members a happy Christmas and a bright New Year. They invite everyone to participate in the annual Goal Mile on Christmas Day and the upcoming Community Dinner Dance at the Woodlands House Hotel. These events provide an excellent opportunity for members of the Crecora Manister community to come together and celebrate.
