Kate Anderson, who discovered CrossFit five years ago and never looked back, brings her commitment to mental resilience and physical empowerment to CFL. As a coach, she’s motivated by seeing members evolve into their best selves. Kate’s classes are designed to push limits while offering steadfast support.
CrossFit Leyland features diverse classes tailored to various fitness levels and interests, including CrossFit, gymnastics, and weightlifting. With over 200 fully coached sessions monthly, members have continuous opportunities to hone their skills. The 5000sqft facility is equipped with premium gear, providing everything needed for effective workouts, with areas dedicated to weightlifting and gymnastics.

Newcomers can start with a tour and chat session to meet the team and explore the facility. For those new to CrossFit, the CFL Foundations programme offers four one-on-one sessions to learn the basics. Experienced CrossFitters may undergo a movement assessment.
