Can I try a class before signing up for a membership? Absolutely! We offer a 7-day free trial for locals. Just bring proof of your residential address and come on in to experience our classes and community firsthand.
What should I wear or bring to class? We recommend comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Don't forget a water bottle to stay hydrated during your workout. We have showers and changing facilities available for your convenience.
How long are the classes? Our classes typically last for 60 minutes. This includes a warm-up, strength or skill focus, conditioning workout, and cool down/stretching.
