We run a general programme coached by our Programme Director Gary that combines strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, gymnastics and mobility. We also have a Gymnastics programme designed by our gymnastics coaches Anto and Gary.
Our main class follows one programme tailored to the needs of our individual athletes. Scaling is used under the guidance of our certified and professional coaches to keep training safe and effective.
