Crystal Healing Yoga – Holistic Healing & Meditation is a Yoga studio, counselling, massage therapy, meditation instruction, and Reiki therapy centre located in Kellyville, Australia. Founded by Shahereen, a highly experienced and passionate practitioner, Crystal Healing Yoga provides a complete mind, body, and spirit connexion through the practise of Yoga, meditation, and various healing techniques.

At Crystal Healing Yoga, clients can experience the ancient art of Hatha Yoga, in accordance with the teachings of Patanjali, the Father of Yoga. The studio also incorporates aspects of Iyengar Yoga, where props are used to ensure proper alignment and enhance the benefits of each individual's body needs. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, Crystal Healing Yoga offers Yoga classes for everyone.

In addition to improving physical health and well-being, Yoga at Crystal Healing Yoga helps to enhance endurance for other physical activities. Crystal Healing Yoga offers a range of services, including Yoga classes, personal Yoga sessions, Energy Healing, Chakra Balancing, Magnetic Polarisation, and Past Life Healing. Each modality works on the subtle body or the Auric body, which can become imbalanced due to various factors such as lifestyle, trauma, illness, or past life trauma. The Yoga studio is located at 11 Aruma Avenue, Kellyville, NSW 2155, accessible to residents of Kellyville and surrounding areas. Yoga classes are available on Mondays and Thursdays from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm and on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. The cost for Yoga classes is $25, and personal Yoga sessions can be booked for $50 per hour.
