Mentioning the importance of crystals in my practise. Crystals have been used for centuries for their healing properties and ability to enhance spiritual practises. Incorporating crystals into my yoga sessions allows me to create a more profound and transformative experience for my students.

I am also passionate about women's health and wellness. As a certified Hormone Yoga Therapy instructor, I offer specialised sessions for women experiencing hormonal imbalances, irregular periods, menopause issues, and pelvic floor weakness. These sessions are designed to restore balance and promote overall well-being in a natural and holistic way.

My teaching style is nurturing and supportive, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for students to explore their bodies and minds. I believe in the power of the breath and mindfulness in connecting with our inner selves and finding inner peace. My classes focus on proper alignment, breath awareness, and relaxation to promote physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.

Crystal Yoga Studio is located within the beautiful facility of Crescents Dance Studios in Worcester. The studio is well-equipped with a fitting room, central heating, and good lighting, creating a comfortable environment for yoga practise. There are free car parks available nearby, making it convenient for students to access the studio.
