All tuition at Defensive Space is led by Sifu Jonny Fell, who has a rich martial arts background. Starting with Go Ju Ryu Karate in the 1980s, Sifu Jonny later transitioned to Wing Chun and attained the level of black sash in 2006. He has been teaching Wing Chun since 2010 and made it his main occupation in 2012. Sifu Jonny is also experienced in Filipino stick fighting (Kali/Escrima/Arnis) through training with the “Dog Brothers.
” His dedication and expertise have earned him the respect and moniker of Rum Dog after participating in intense fight events across Europe.
