At Duncan Wellness Centre, we offer a variety of services to meet your individual needs. Our Movement Room is a space dedicated to gentle stretching and mindful movement, aimed at reducing pain, increasing flexibility, and promoting overall well-being. We specialize in Applied Somatics, a gentle system of movements performed lying down to relieve tension and pain, as well as Somatic Yoga, a combination of yoga postures, breathwork, meditation, and Applied Somatics techniques.

Private, individual, and group classes are available by appointment, held at our clinic's Movement Room. Whether you're looking to alleviate chronic pain, improve your posture, or simply relax and unwind, our experienced instructors can help guide you on your wellness journey. We also offer online classes via Zoom for added convenience.

One of our popular offerings is the Somatic Series, taught by Andrew Teufel, a seasoned practitioner with over 24 years of experience in Somatics. These classes focus on decreasing tension, stress, and pain, while improving mobility, gait, and posture. No experience is necessary to participate, as our classes are designed to meet the needs of individuals at all levels of fitness and flexibility.
