Ebb & Flow Wellness Studio is located in the vibrant suburb of Newtown in Geelong, Victoria. The studio boasts a modern and inviting atmosphere, with plenty of natural light and fresh air flowing through. It is a sanctuary where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and find true connexion with yourself.
The studio welcomes everyone, from seasoned yogis to beginners. New students are encouraged to try the casual class option, where no booking is required. However, for those who prefer to secure their spot in advance, a booking system is available. Ebb & Flow offers a variety of passes to suit your needs and goals, including an introductory pass for both the yoga room and the reformer room.
At Ebb & Flow, the team of dedicated teachers are passionate about promoting a connected and caring community. They aim to create a safe and nurturing space for students to explore their practise and embark on their wellness journey. The teachers at Ebb & Flow are well-trained and experienced, offering a wealth of knowledge and guidance in yoga, pilates, and meditation.
The studio has a strict 12-hour cancellation policy to ensure that the teachers are properly compensated for their time and effort. However, for members, there are no fees for late cancellations or no-shows. Students are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class to allow time for settling in and preparing for their practise.
While Ebb & Flow provides all the necessary equipment, including mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, and eye pillows, students are also welcome to bring their own. Some equipment is available for purchase at the studio. It is recommended to bring a towel to cover the bolsters for hygiene purposes.
Ebb & Flow Wellness Studio is not just a place to practise yoga and pilates, but also a space for holistic wellbeing. The founder, Di Meade, is a certified iRest meditation teacher and offers iRest meditation classes on Monday nights. The studio also hosts retreats and workshops, providing opportunities for deeper exploration and growth.
