Edmonton Ashtanga Community is a vibrant yoga studio located in Edmonton, Alberta. Melissa, the passionate and experienced yoga instructor with 17 years of experience, is dedicated to helping you take ownership of your practice and move in a way that works best for you. Her goal is to help you feel great in your body and mind.
The studio offers traditional teachings of Ashtanga with a morning Mysore program available both online and in-studio. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, there are classes and private lessons suited to your level and preferences.
The class schedule includes a variety of options such as Mysore and Led Primary classes throughout the week, both in-studio and online. Additionally, the studio follows the Ashtanga tradition of resting on New Moons and Full Moons, with no classes held on those days.
