Welcome to Yoga Within, a serene and welcoming yoga studio located in the heart of Edmonton. Founded and operated by women, we have been proudly serving the community for 15 years, offering a range of classes and workshops to help you deepen your practice and find peace within.

At Yoga Within, our mission is to provide a sanctuary for all individuals to explore and cultivate their inner peace, strength, and mindfulness through the practice of yoga. Our team of experienced and dedicated instructors are passionate about guiding students on their yoga journey, offering classes that cater to all levels and goals.

Our studio offers a variety of classes, including Sunrise Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga & Breath Work, Rest & Rejuvenation, and Sound Bath with Marcus Fung. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, there is something for everyone at Yoga Within. We also host special events such as Family Yoga sessions, Women's Wisdom gatherings, and meditation workshops to enhance your practice and bring the community together.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer pre-registered sessions, monthly meditation workshops, and special yoga retreats such as the Ireland Yoga Vacation. If you are looking to deepen your practice, we offer a 200 Hour Teachers Training program and Yoga Immersion sessions to help you explore and expand your knowledge of yoga.
