Emma, the driving force behind ELEVATEdance in Lower Hutt and Wainuiomata, invites players to explore their dynamic dance classes. At Waiwhetu Uniting Church and Wainuiomata Union Church, ELEVATEdance offers classes in hip hop, jazz, contemporary, and tumbling.

For players seeking to boost coordination and fitness, ELEVATEdance’s hip hop classes cater to kids, teens, and adults. This training culminates in an end-of-year performance, showcasing the skills honed throughout Terms 3 and 4.

Young children (aged 3-4) can join a special hip hop-based class, promoting coordination and rhythm in an enjoyable setting. Primary school players can enrol in age-specific classes: Juniorjammers (Year 1-2), Kidsdance1 (Year 3-4), and Kidsdance2 (Year 5-6). Intermediate and high school students have dedicated classes, with advanced training available in the Level 5 HIPHOP class.

ELEVATEdance’s jazz classes, following the NZAMD American Jazz syllabus, offer structured training for kids and teens, including the option to participate in August exams. Contemporary classes, adhering to the NZAMD Contemporary syllabus, focus on movement principles and spatial awareness, enriching the students' dance experience.

Adults interested in various dance styles can join the open classes, which provide a supportive environment for skill enhancement and self-expression.
