When it comes to racing, members of ENERGYLAB Triathlon are supported by the Energy Lab Tribe, a group of dedicated individuals who attend local, 70. 3, and Ironman races to provide support and encouragement.

ENERGYLAB Triathlon also offers online coaching programmes for athletes of all levels, from sprint distance to Ironman triathlons, as well as specific sports like running and cycling. The swim sessions take place on Mondays and Wednesdays at Clayfield College, while bike sessions are held on Wednesdays and Fridays at Nundah Crit Track. Run sessions happen on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Brett's Wharf Ferry. The pricing options for these sessions include casual rates, session passes, and weekly passes.

Head Coach Mark Gleeson leads by example at ENERGYLAB Triathlon. With over 30 years of triathlon experience, he has participated in races of all distances, including Ironman. Mark's achievements include being an accredited development coach by Triathlon Australia, the Triathlon Queensland Club Coach of the Year in 2020/2021, an accredited development coach by AusCycling, and a multiple-time Ironman finisher and Hawaiian Ironman qualifier.
