Brian, the founder of Energy Works Tai Chi School in Cranbrook, welcomes you to join his classes aimed at boosting your health and vitality. With over 20 years of teaching experience, Brian offers lessons in a bright and spacious hall, with the option to practise outside in the summer 🌞. Parking is easy, with a car park opposite the hall and unrestricted spaces nearby 🚗.

Ideal for beginners, the flagship class teaches the Wu Style Tai Chi Short Form, focusing on back and spine health with 16 gentle movements. Each session wraps up with a meditative Qi Gong set, promoting internal movement, relaxed strength, and healing.

Classes start with a 12-week course at a discounted rate of £96, followed by six-week blocks for £60, pausing only for Christmas and August. You can learn at your own pace, as the class moves collectively.

Brian brings 30 years of personal practice and over two decades of teaching in Kent and East Sussex. Certified by Lineage Grand Master Bruce Frantzis and The Tai Chi Union of Great Britain, his detailed and methodical approach is highly praised by students for its positive impact on their well-being.
