Junior Taekwon-Do is offered to children aged 7 to 15, while Junior Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu caters to those aged 8 to 15.

Adults can join the Adult Taekwon-Do and Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes, available for those aged 16 and above.
