Upon joining, you will have an initial health assessment with a qualified gym instructor. They will work with you to understand your fitness goals and devise a customised programme to help you achieve them. Additionally, personal training sessions are available, including a swimming programme for those seeking a well-rounded fitness regimen.

With peak membership starting from as little as 53 per month and off-peak membership from as little as 44 per month, Finlake Fitness offers affordable options to suit everyone's schedule and budget. Memberships are available for individuals aged 16 and over, with flexible options of 3, 6, and 12 months.

The gym features top-of-the-line equipment, including a 32-capacity fitness studio, 10 treadmills, 7 elliptical trainers, 2 recumbent cycles, and 4 upright cycles, among others. The variety of equipment ensures that there's something for everyone, regardless of their fitness preferences or goals.

For those seeking additional support, an experienced team of personal trainers is available to provide guidance and motivation. They will develop personalised fitness plans to help you reach your goals and enhance your overall well-being.

Finlake Fitness also offers a wide range of fitness classes, with over 40 classes being offered each week. From Aqua Fit and Body Pump to Zumba and Yoga, there is a class to suit every interest and fitness level. Please note that due to government guidelines, some classes may be temporarily unavailable.

In addition to the gym facilities, Finlake Fitness provides an outdoor multi-sport court for tennis and other court sports.
