For the little ones aged 4 to 7, there's “Little Legends.” These classes are a great way to introduce kids to Taekwon-Do in a safe and age-appropriate way. The focus is on basic martial arts skills, discipline, confidence, and building character.
If you've got kids aged 7 to 17, the “Juniors” classes are where it's at. These sessions blend fitness with technical Taekwon-Do skills, aiming to teach self-defence, respect, and goal-setting. They're also a lot of fun!
