She also has a basic background in nutrition, allowing her to guide you in making healthier food choices alongside your workouts. Abbey specialises in kettlebell and TRX training, and has a deep understanding of sports-specific training, particularly in basketball, hockey, and Australian rules football (AFL).

She also has knowledge in basic injury prevention and management to ensure safety during your workouts.
