Located in the vibrant Unley community, our gym offers more than just a place to work out. We are surrounded by great coffee shops and cafés, where you can enjoy some delicious post-session fuel. Additionally, we provide parking, showers, and even a kids corner, ensuring that your fitness journey is convenient and accessible.
Let's introduce you to some of our incredible trainers at Fitstop Unley. Sam Adcock, a local to the Unley/Malvern area, is one of our trainers. While he may not have Thor's hammer, he definitely carries weights! His favourite exercise is Barbell Squats, and he especially enjoys our LIFT session.
When he's not lifting, Sam loves playing basketball.
Phi Hoang is another talented trainer at Fitstop Unley. With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science, Phi brings a wealth of scientific knowledge to his programming and exercise delivery. He has been in the fitness industry for a few years and is excited to be a part of the Fitstop Unley team.
Shivonne Jolly is our newest trainer, and she is thrilled to join the Fitstop Unley family. Currently in her third year of Physiotherapy, Shivonne believes that fitness is essential for maintaining both physical and mental health. She is passionate about helping our members reach their goals and achieve amazing things.
At Fitstop Unley, we offer a variety of workouts to suit your needs. Our workout sessions include LIFT, PERFORM, CONDITION, and SWEAT. LIFT is a strength-based session that focuses on progressive overload and functional strength. PERFORM is designed to improve athletic performance, while CONDITION emphasises cardiovascular endurance.
SWEAT is a high-intensity session that will leave you feeling the burn.
