When booking a class at Flex and Flow, clients have several options to choose from. Classes are offered on a weekly basis, with various time slots available to accommodate different schedules. Pilates classes are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while yoga classes take place on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Additionally, the studio offers a specialised back care Pilates class on Thursdays.
To book a class, clients can fill out an enquiry form on the website, indicating which session they would like to attend.
Flex and Flow operates on a block booking system, starting with a trial block of 4 classes to allow clients to evaluate their experience. After the trial period, clients have the option to continue with a block of 6 weeks, which rolls on for continuous practise. The cost per class is 7 when booked as part of a block. If a client is unable to attend a class one week, they can make it up by attending another class of their choice the following week, subject to availability.
Drop-in classes are also available at a rate of 9 when there is space available.
Classes at Flex and Flow are limited to 12 participants, ensuring a small and intimate setting where everyone can receive personalised attention and guidance. This allows clients to fully engage with their practise and receive the maximum benefits from each session.
