Bouldering is a form of rock climbing where participants fight gravity and climb up boulder problems with a safety mat below. At Flow Climbing we seek to help patrons to find their Flow by challenging themselves and pushing their limits to get up complex climbs.

Flow Climbing is open to children above 10 years old. Parental supervision ratios apply to children aged 10-14.
