Laura leads Yoga classes that focus on building strength, improving flexibility, and finding inner peace while practising yoga. Whether you are a beginner or have been practising yoga for years, Laura's classes provide a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone.
If you prefer a gentle online workout to enhance your posture and strengthen your core, Kate, the Pilates instructor at FlowerTwist Fitness, offers classes that are perfect for you. These Pilates classes are designed to improve your body's alignment and provide a well-rounded workout.
In addition to the indoor studio classes, FlowerTwist Fitness also offers some outdoor activities to connect with nature. The Farmhouse Garden Social with Laura is a unique experience where participants can enjoy a breath of fresh air, a cup of tea, and even some therapeutic gardening.
