Our instructors are highly experienced and hold a minimum qualification of a third-degree black belt, with our most senior instructor holding a fourth-degree black belt. They also possess the MAIUK1 coaching qualification, Safeguarding Code Accredited kite mark, First Aid certification, and Adverse Childhood Experiences (trauma-informed) qualification. Furthermore, they undergo regular DBS checks to ensure their suitability for working with children and adults.
In 2021, FMA Karate Academy was honoured with 'Centre of Excellence' status by our National Governing Body, Cobra Martial Arts Association, for our outstanding service to our students.
