Brooke brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practise. She completed a Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2008 and has since expanded her expertise through a comprehensive Diploma of Pilates Teacher Training with the Australian Pilates Method Association (APMA). As a member of the APMA Board, Brooke is committed to ongoing training and development in human anatomy, biomechanics, and strength progression. This ensures that she stays at the forefront of the industry and provides the highest quality care to her clients.

However, bullying and body type comments are strictly prohibited, as the studio values and respects every individual's worth and body type. The studio offers a variety of class options to cater to different preferences and needs. Mat classes are held at Wyld Spaces in Milton on Tuesdays and Thursdays, while classes at The Pilates Hundred in Milton are available for group equipment sessions. Private and semi-private sessions are also available, providing a more personalised experience and allowing Brooke to focus on the specific goals and needs of each client. Additionally, Brooke offers one-on-one remedial massage sessions, utilising her expertise to address tension, pain, and promote relaxation.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at Focus Pilates and Massage, it is important to read and understand the class terms and conditions. Students are required to provide 12 hours notice for cancellations, and class credits must be used within the term expiry. Respect towards other students and kindness are fundamental values upheld at the studio, with bullying and body type comments strictly prohibited.
