With highly experienced and fully qualified teachers, the school maintains high teaching standards. Classes for younger kids are supervised by either a qualified teacher or a student assistant.

Examiners from the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) visit twice a year to conduct graded exams and medal tests. Footlights boasts a 100% success rate, consistently achieving above-average results.
