One of them is my Menopause Wellness programme, which is designed to support women going through the menopause transition. I have personally experienced premature menopause myself, so I understand the physical and emotional challenges that come with it. Through this programme, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where women can learn techniques to reduce stress and improve their future bone, heart, and brain health.
I also offer individual yoga sessions that focus on well-being and correct postural imbalances. These science-based yoga classes can help you strengthen your posterior chain, improve back pain, enhance functional strength, flexibility, and balance. If you prefer a more restorative approach, I offer a four-week restorative yoga course. Restorative yoga is a practise that helps the body enter its parasympathetic nervous system function, enabling it to rest, heal, and restore balance. This practise allows for deep relaxation and helps calm a busy mind. It also boosts the immune system, balances the nervous system, releases muscular tension, improves mobility and flexibility, decreases fatigue, and can reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety.
