Formby Swimming Club, located in the heart of Formby Village in Liverpool, is a thriving and inclusive swimming club. Established in 2012, shortly after the opening of the impressive Formby Swimming Pool, our club has quickly grown in membership and reputation.
We offer a range of squads that cater to swimmers of different abilities and aspirations. From those looking to improve their swimming technique to those who compete at a high level, our experienced coaching team is dedicated to achieving swimming excellence. In addition, we are passionate about nurturing and developing our more experienced swimmers to become the swimming teachers and coaches of the future.
As a family-friendly and inclusive club, we provide a supportive environment for swimmers aged 8 and above to thrive and make new friends. We believe in helping each child reach their full potential, not only as a swimmer but also as an individual. Our coaches are committed to providing top-notch training and guidance to help swimmers develop their skills and achieve their goals.
Interested parents and swimmers are welcome to attend one of our training nights on Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday, or they can contact us through our website for more information and to request a trial session. We encourage any swimmers who enjoy swimming and are eager to improve their speed and technique to come and discover the joys of swimming with us.
Our training sessions take place at the Formby Pool Trust, located on Elbow Lane, Formby, Liverpool.
