Class will now be on Thursdays 8:00-9:00pm from 30th January 2024 Chester class will now be on Wednesdays 7:00-8:00pm from 29th January 2024 Connah's Quay class has changed to Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm from 29th January 2024 Ellesmere Port class will now be on Thursdays 6:00-7:00pm from 30th January 2024. FTS Krav Maga offers a variety of classes to cater to different skill levels and age groups. Beginners' classes provide a solid foundation in the basics of Krav Maga, while advanced classes focus on refining techniques and challenging students to improve their skills. There are also kids' classes available, where children can learn self-defence in a safe and supportive environment.

Private training sessions are also offered for those who prefer one-on-one instruction or have specific training goals. The club regularly hosts seminars and workshops with visiting instructors and experts to provide additional training opportunities to its members. The instructors at FTS Krav Maga are highly qualified and experienced. They are all certified by the International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF) and receive regular updates and training from the Global Instructor Team (GIT) based in Israel. This ensures that the instructors always have the most up-to-date and effective techniques to pass on to their students. In addition, all instructors have obtained IKMF COVID-19 Safe Krav Maga Instructor Certification, which demonstrates their commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic training environment.

The instructors are also first aid trained, including CPR, to ensure the safety of students during training. FTS Krav Maga values its support team, who play a crucial role in the functioning of the club. The Club Ambassador serves as a point of contact for club events and issues, while the Media Manager and Webmaster keep the club's social media content and website up to date and engaging. The support team members have also undergone the grading process and have attended club and national events with the IKMF Global Instructor Team, further enhancing their knowledge and commitment to Krav Maga.
