GEDLING BALLET SCHOOL

Gedling Ballet School in Nottingham is a welcoming place for dancers of all ages. Amanda, the organiser, is passionate about providing top-notch dance training while valuing each pupil as an individual. The school follows the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus for ballet and Rambert Grades for contemporary dance.

Exams are available to motivate and reward students, but they're not essential. The focus is on enjoying dance as both physical activity and an expressive art form.

Amanda ensures expert training in a cheerful and supportive atmosphere, where students can learn, grow in confidence, and develop their ballet skills. The school offers a variety of classes tailored to different age groups and skill levels, following the RAD Pre-School Dance Curriculum to boost children’s movement, fitness, listening skills, and spatial awareness.

Class options include RAD Grade 3, Grade 5, contemporary dance, Advanced, Intro to Pointe, Senior Stage, and more. Fees depend on the class length, spanning from £4.50 to £7.00, and are payable in advance by half-term.
