The Gentle Yoga & Yin class takes place on Wednesdays from 7.20 pm to 8.20 pm. It offers a slow-paced and calming practice that focuses on the mind-body connection. In this class, you'll experience gentle movements, deep breathing exercises, and longer-held postures. These practices stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing you to relax and find harmony within your body and mind. Meditation techniques are also incorporated to help you cultivate a calm and centred state of mind.
This class is designed to support the downregulation of the nervous system, which can greatly reduce stress and tension in the body. It's a truly restorative experience that welcomes participants of all levels, even those who are new to yoga. No prior experience is necessary, and the class can be adapted to accommodate different body types and abilities. To enhance your comfort during the class, we recommend having a blanket and pillows nearby to use as props.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, our Gentle Yoga & Yin class is suitable for all levels. Even if you're a seasoned practitioner, you'll find challenging variations available to deepen your practice. In this class, the challenge often lies in being still and finding inner peace. If you're seeking a different level of challenge each week, we also offer a Strong Vinyasa Flow class that provides a dynamic and invigorating experience.
If you have any injuries, it's important to have your doctor's approval and listen to your body. While Strong Vinyasa Flow may not be suitable for those with injuries, our Gentle Yoga or Nurturing Yoga and Pilates classes would be more appropriate. Please inform us about any injuries or illnesses by filling out our new client form or notifying the teacher before the class starts.

We offer various pricing options to accommodate different financial situations. For our online classes, you can choose to pay $5, $10, or $15 per session. In-person classes are priced at $25 for a casual drop-in, or $22 concession. We also offer a 10-pass option for $200 full price or $180 for concession. Additionally, we have a range of other classes available, such as Nurturing Yoga and Pilates, Corporate Classes, Private Classes, Aerial Yoga, Yin & Myofascial Release, and Restorative Aerial Yoga.
