Get Set Go, Nutrition, Fitness, and Wellness is a personal training service located in Royston, New Zealand. Run by Becca, a qualified Fitness and Nutrition Instructor, this service specialises in one-on-one fitness sessions that can be conducted either online or in-person. For in-person sessions, clients have the option of training in Becca's private studio in Barley or having her travel to their homes or preferred outdoor locations.

Becca obtained all her qualifications through Future Fit Ltd, an esteemed Training Provider that was awarded the UK's number one Training Provider in 2017 and 2018. She works with clients on an individual basis as well as in group consultations to ensure that each session and course is tailored to suit the unique needs and goals of the client. Her sessions are designed to be enjoyable and motivating, offering a hands-on and interactive approach. Becca's ultimate goal is to help her clients succeed in their progress and change their mindset, while developing the necessary skills to reach their own goals.

Get Set Go's ethos is fitter, happier, healthier. They do not offer a one-size-fits-all programme. Instead, Becca provides advice, education, and information to help clients adopt a new outlook on eating, drinking, sleeping, moving, and relaxing. Becca aims to make the journey enjoyable, fun, motivating, and, most importantly, successful.

There are no diets or meal plans involved, as the focus is on making lasting lifestyle changes rather than short-term solutions.

To get started with Get Set Go, clients are asked to fill out several forms. These include a health questionnaire for insurance purposes, a form to discuss their ultimate fitness goals, and an overall client initial assessment form. These forms help Becca understand her clients better, including their motivations, previous experiences, preferences, and readiness to embark on their fitness journey. By utilising this information, Becca can create a personalised and effective fitness programme for each client.
