Richard's journey with Tai Chi began by chance back in 1992. Originally wanting to learn Kung Fu, he stumbled upon Tai Chi and Chi Kung, which resonated deeply with him. Battling poor health as a child, Tai Chi helped him improve his sleep, focus, and physical fitness.
He started Tai Chi classes locally in 2015 after his teacher, Paul Tien, moved away. The classes have grown, attracting friendly folks from all walks of life, including teachers, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and retirees.
