Over a decade ago, research conducted in South Canterbury showed a need for a women's only gym, especially for those who had not been exposed to exercise before or had barriers to starting their fitness journey. As a member, there are various fitness formats to choose from. The Warrior Goddess Programme is the gym's number one weight loss programme, providing proven results time after time. Members can also join energising group fitness classes, including yoga, antigravity, and pole fit classes.
Go Girl Physique ensures a safe and non-intimidating space for women to begin their fitness journey, whether it's for weight loss or overall well-being. The gym is open Monday to Friday from 6am to 7pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 11am. After-hours access is also available upon request, ensuring members can fit their workouts into their busy schedules.
