As a member, there are various fitness formats to choose from. The Warrior Goddess Programme is the gym's number one weight loss programme, providing proven results time after time. Members can also join energising group fitness classes, including yoga, antigravity, and pole fit classes.

Go Girl Physique ensures a safe and non-intimidating space for women to begin their fitness journey, whether it's for weight loss or overall well-being.
