Before starting Good Self in 2018, Kate Cawley and Sonya Galenson had a shared vision of delivering a space of collaboration where all people could be helped without judgement, and have access to the best natural healthcare and hands-on treatment close to home. Kate, with her background in Naturopathy and account management in the wellness industry, and Sonya, an Osteopath, realised their shared values and passion for simple living, natural health, and helping others. They decided to start up a business together.
Good Self has evolved into a natural healthcare system that treats each individual uniquely and with an open and curious mind. Our approach includes physical musculo-skeletal treatments, rehabilitative movement such as Clinical Pilates, and therapies that support both the mind and body.
