Welcome to Gotta Dance Studio, a vibrant and passionate sports club located in Melbourne, Australia. Gotta Dance is all about celebrating the joy and love for dance, whether it's just for fun or a lifelong career. With our dedication to quality teaching and smaller class sizes, we ensure that every student has more fun and achieves their potential.

At Gotta Dance, we believe in fostering a love for dance at any age. Whether you are 4 or 64, if you have always wanted to dance, we have the perfect class for you. Our experienced and dedicated teacher, Ms Yvette Smith-Clifton, has been dancing since she was 4 years old and has been teaching for around 25 years. She is passionate about sharing her love for dance and believes that everyone should have dance in their lives.

Gotta Dance offers a wide range of dance styles to suit every dancer's preference. Our classes include tuition in Classical Ballet, Contemporary, and Jazz Dance. We follow the Royal Academy of Dance and Southern Federation of Dance syllabus for examinations, providing our students with a comprehensive and well-rounded dance education. Performance opportunities are also offered through various charity events, competitions, and our highly anticipated end-of-year performance.

We pride ourselves in providing a friendly, nurturing, and supportive environment for all our dancers. Our class sizes are reasonable to ensure that each student receives individual attention and guidance from our enthusiastic and experienced staff. We welcome students of all levels, from beginners to experienced dancers, and also encourage male students to join our dance community.

Gotta Dance understands the importance of making dance accessible to everyone. While we have a recommended uniform, we understand that students may have their own dancewear, and we are happy for them to wear it as long as it is appropriate. We also provide costumes for all performances throughout the year.
