For those who love gymnastics, the Gymnastics Club is going strong. Jane’s ensured the environment is safe and supportive, perfect for all ages to learn and excel. From beginner classes to advanced levels, the experienced coaches have you covered. The gym is well-equipped with bars, beams, and trampolines to keep things interesting.

If you need a bit of extra push, the Personal Trainers at the centre are top-notch. Jane knows how important it is to have tailored fitness programmes, so the trainers work closely with you to meet your goals, whether it’s building strength, losing weight, or just getting fitter.
