BJJ, also known as “The Gentle Art | The Game of Human Chess,” is a grappling martial art that emphasises ground fighting without striking techniques. It originates from traditional Japanese Jiu-Jitsu and Judo. In BJJ, techniques rely on concepts such as base, posture, structure, leverage, framing, and control of momentum. Our instructors will teach you these core concepts and provide concrete examples to help you progress efficiently.
Beyond the physical aspect, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu offers numerous benefits for personal growth and mindset adjustment.
