Gyminis is a remarkable physical fitness programme in Tauranga, New Zealand, that caters to children aged 2 to 5 years old. The programme aims to integrate basic motor skills with brain development activities, nurturing both the mind and body of children through playful and active classes.

These centres have been carefully selected to ensure accessibility and convenience for families in the community.

For early childhood education centres (ECE) interested in incorporating Gyminis into their curriculum, Gyminis also offers the option to bring their programme to their centre. This allows children at the centre to benefit from the engaging and enriching activities provided by Gyminis.

The Gyminis programme emphasises the importance of physical fitness and its impact on a child's overall growth and development. Gyminis will be taking a break at the end of September 2023, with no classes running in Term 4.
