At Hamdden Caron Leisure, we pride ourselves on being a community-run leisure centre that caters to the needs of individuals of all ages and abilities. Located in the small market town of Tregaron, nestled under the Cambrian mountains, our centre offers a hub for indoor activities while also providing information on outdoor pursuits such as walking, climbing, bird watching, and mountain biking.

Our facilities include a well-equipped gym, a squash court, and several sports clubs with coaching abilities. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our staff is dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. We also offer conference and meeting rooms for those looking for less physically demanding activities.

For those seeking group fitness classes, we have a varied programme that changes based on the time of year. Take a look at our website for the current schedule. Additionally, our large sports hall is perfect for hosting parties and events, and even features a bouncy castle for the kids.

Being a community-run facility, we strive to meet the needs of our members. If there is a specific activity or club that we currently don't provide, we encourage you to speak to one of our trustees, who will do their best to accommodate your request. We also offer the opportunity for individuals to volunteer their time and skills to help set up new activities within our centre.

For casual visitors, our centre is open every weekday from 4 pm to 9 pm, allowing you to use the gym, squash court, or other facilities. We may also have additional opening times, including weekends, for various activities, so please check our current programme for more information. And if the sports hall is free, you have the flexibility to book it at any time.

To ensure a comfortable experience for all, we provide male and female changing rooms with showers, toilets, and a disabled toilet.
