At HangDog, we offer a membership that not only grants you access to our vibrant climbing community, but also provides a range of exciting benefits. With our full Big Dog Membership, climbers can enjoy unlimited access to our fantastic facilities, allowing you to indulge in your passion anytime you like, whether it's for a quick 30-minute boulder or an extensive climbing session.
We also understand the importance of affordability, especially during these challenging times. If you have been a loyal member for over three months and have unfortunately lost your job due to the impact of COVID-19, we want to support you. We offer a special two-month free membership to help ease the burden and keep you engaged in the climbing community.
For those who have been affected by job loss but still have a strong desire to climb, we have the Off-Peak membership available for just $20 per month. This membership allows unlimited entries during our off-peak hours and can be upgraded to the full price once you find a new job. We extend this offer to children whose parents have also experienced job loss, providing them with the opportunity to continue climbing and exploring new heights.
If shorter climbing sessions are your preference, our Fit Dog 45 membership might be the perfect fit. For only $55 per month, you can enjoy unlimited entries limited to 45 minutes per day. Need more climbing time? Additional entries without time limits can be purchased for just $8 each.
At HangDog Climbing Centre, we understand the importance of providing convenience and flexibility. That's why we offer shoe hire and harness hire for an additional fee, ensuring that you have everything you require for a great climbing experience.
Our Little Dog membership remains a popular choice, offering up to 10 entries per month. We kindly ask climbers who exceed 10 climbs within the last 30 days to upgrade to our Big Dog membership or limit their climbing in order to maintain their Little Dog status.
Membership prices vary depending on off-peak and peak times, age groups, and whether shoe or harness hire is included. Our Big Dog membership grants unlimited climbing with various price options catered to your preferences.
Joining our climbing community is hassle-free, with payments for ongoing memberships automatically deducted from your Credit/Debit Card. We do have a join-up fee of $35, ensuring that you can enjoy the full benefits of membership.
Prepaid non-ongoing memberships are also available, providing you with similar benefits as our permanent members. Need to take a break from climbing? Freezing your membership is possible, allowing you to avoid the join-up fee. There is a small monthly charge of $8 until your account is unfrozen.
If you ever decide to terminate your membership, you're free to do so at any time. However, please note that rejoining will require the join-up fee unless your membership was previously frozen.
