Classes will begin on September 1st for existing members, while new students are welcome to join from September 6th. The school provides excellent facilities, with changing rooms available for all dancers. However, due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, parents, and carers are not allowed in the dance studio, except for those accompanying the Melody Bear children.
Instead, they can wait in the foyer or the 1st floor bar area.
The Harlow Ballet Association, chaired by Helen Rees, plays an integral role in the school. The association's main objective is to provide members with opportunities to perform on stage and experience the joy of live performances. Their past productions, such as Cinderella, Don Quixote, and classic ballets like The Nutcracker and Copplia, have provided dancers of all ages the chance to showcase their talent on The Playhouse stage. The association also has exciting plans for the future and can't wait to resume performing once the situation allows.
