Harrow Aikido - Adult Classes for 18+

Looking for a welcoming place to train Aikido? Harrow Aikido – Adult Classes for 18+ offers top-notch, non-aggressive martial arts training right in the heart of Harrow. Affiliated with the Kai Shin Kai Traditional Aikido Association (KSK), Harrow Aikido maintains high standards and adheres strictly to all relevant regulations.

This club has its roots in the Pinner Aikido Club, founded by a group of dedicated instructors. Now firmly established in Harrow, the club holds training sessions every Tuesday from 8pm to 10pm.

Led by experienced and registered coaches, Harrow Aikido ensures a safe and supportive learning environment. Whether you’re a beginner or have previous Aikido experience, you’ll find a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. Coaches hold Public Indemnity Insurance, and classes cover the principles and techniques of Aikido, which include posture-breaking movements, joint locks, pins, and throws. The focus is on physical fitness, coordination, flexibility, and self-defence.

You don’t need any previous martial arts experience to join, and loose-fitting clothing without buttons or zips is recommended for comfort. The club operates non-commercially and offers various membership options, as well as assistance in acquiring proper training uniforms (gis).
