Reformer Pilates is a method of movement designed by Joseph Pilates and performed on the Reformer machine. In our Reformer Pilates classes, you use springs and straps for resistance, with experienced instructors guiding you through the machine and offering modifications as needed.
Our classes are levelled so you can choose what level you should be starting at in the studio and work to the best of your ability. If you are not sure which class to start with, please contact us and we will help you based on your current fitness level.
We offer mixed classes as well as a Men Only Class during the week. You can use our online booking system to choose a package or membership and book the class that fits your availability and skill level.
