Hill View Pilates was founded by Helen, who discovered her passion for Pilates after experiencing relief from acute lower back pain following the birth of her twins, Hettie and Seb. Inspired by the incredible effects of Pilates on her own life, Helen is dedicated to helping others manage chronic pain and develop core strength.
The studio's main objective is to ensure that clients feel they have worked hard during their classes, all while maintaining a safe range of movement for their individual bodies. Clients frequently leave classes feeling calm, energised, stronger, and leaner. At Hill View Pilates, clients can expect personalised attention to help them achieve their fitness goals.
The studio employs three experienced teachers: Emily, Steve, and Helen herself. Together, they possess a wealth of knowledge and expertise, having worked with various conditions and injuries.
