Welcome to Honour Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy, located in Woolgoolga, New South Wales. Our goal is to provide the most updated and advanced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training on the Coffs Coast.

We offer a range of classes to cater to different age groups and skill levels. For kids, we have Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes in a safe and fun environment. Our highly qualified coaches provide all the support needed for the little ones to start their BJJ journey.

Adults can join our beginner, intermediate, or advanced classes, which focus on the fundamentals and progressively advance to more complex techniques. Our friendly and safe environment is ideal for both men and women who are new to grappling, as well as those looking to test their skills in competitions.

In addition to traditional Gi classes, we also offer No-Gi Grappling classes on a weekly basis. No-Gi is a form of grappling without the requirement of a kimono, and we focus on teaching the most up-to-date techniques while prioritising safety and injury prevention.

We are proud to offer girls-only BJJ classes for females aged 12 and above. These classes focus on self-defence, fitness, and sport Jiu-Jitsu for those interested in competition.

Honour BJJ also hosts seminars and private one-on-one classes. We aim to bring some of the best Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners from Australia and around the world to share their knowledge and expertise at our academy.

Our team of coaches consists of highly experienced and multiple-time state champions. We are dedicated to not only teaching the best BJJ technique but also providing guidance and support in all aspects of life.

At Honour BJJ, we believe that Jiu Jitsu is for everyone. We welcome boys and girls from the age of 5 to join our classes. Our kids' team is one of the most successful in the region, consistently winning medals in regional and interstate competitions. Our adult team excels in competitions as well, but our main focus is always on creating a safe and pressure-free environment.
