One of our signature classes is Original Hot (Bikram) Yoga. This 90-minute practise consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, all conducted in a controlled heated environment. Get ready to sweat as you detoxify your body, increase flexibility, and enhance mental focus. Our certified instructors will guide you through this transformative practise, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and empowered.

If you're looking for a high-intensity workout, our Inferno Hot Pilates class is the perfect choice. Combining Pilates principles with high-intensity interval training (HIIT), this energetic fitness class will engage your muscles, boost your metabolism, and leave you feeling accomplished. Set in a heated room, you'll experience a new level of empowerment and strength.
