Our small group personal training sessions are a unique offering at Hub Fitness. In these sessions, you will enjoy personal training in groups no bigger than four members. Our expertise lies in providing world-class personal training, which we deliver in a friendly and non-intimidating environment. This approach makes personal training more enjoyable and cost-effective for you.
In addition to our small group personal training, we also offer coach-led fitness classes to enhance your training. Our range of complimentary fitness classes, including Core & Condition, Metcon, Build, Sweat & Stretch, provide the perfect supplement to your small group sessions. No matter what fitness level you are, you will progress and be part of the team at Hub Fitness.
