The sessions are held every Tuesday from 7pm to 8.30pm, giving you plenty of time to grab some dinner before hitting the walls. And don't worry if you can't make it to every session, as you can pick and choose which ones suit you best. Flexibility is key!

To secure your spot, simply give them a call at 0161 820 8750. The price for each session is £15 per person, a small price to pay for the knowledge and fun you'll have. And if you're a direct debit member, you'll only have to add an extra £6 to your membership to join in on the coaching sessions.
