Well. It helped me find balance, both physically and mentally, amidst the chaos of daily life. I've been practising yoga for over 10 years now and decided to become a teacher to share the transformative power of yoga with others.

Our classes are held at the beautiful Harpenden Cricket Pavilion, overlooking the common. The serene environment adds to the calming and peaceful atmosphere of our classes. We offer five days of classes each week, and with our flexible half-term block sign-up, you can easily swap between classes to suit your schedule. Kerry McNair, the founder and lead instructor at Indigo Yoga, has over five years of teaching experience. Her love for yoga began in London when she was 20 years old, and since then, she has dedicated herself to deepening her practise. Kerry believes that yoga is not just a physical exercise but a transformative journey that combines the mind, body, and soul. Her classes focus on the breath, mindfulness, and deep relaxation to allow you to fully immerse yourself in your practise.
Vicki, another instructor at Indigo Yoga, is a busy mother of three who understands the importance of finding balance amidst the chaos of daily life. She turned to yoga for fitness and flexibility but soon discovered its grounding and calming effects. Vicki's classes bring a sense of playfulness, inspiration, and grounding to help you deepen your practise.
